• Information regarding current or previous employment
• Information regarding previous applications for social security disability

How We Use Information:

When completing a disability evaluation, we use the information you submit about yourself simply to assist you with your potential disability claim or disability appeal. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to have your case evaluated by a social security disability advocate. There are no costs involved for this evaluation.

We do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to your disability evaluation without also allowing you the opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
